The tests will be administered in the administrative building of the SEC, located at the address of 1M, Mikayil Mushfig str., Yasamal district, Baku. The TOEFL iBT® test will start at 9:30 and “PTE Academic” test will start at 10:00. Test takers must arrive at the test center before 08:30 and 9:30 respectively.
