The State Examination Center (SEC) negotiates with different organizations for:
- Improving examinations administered by the SEC;
- Developing learning outcomes of all children and youth by strengthening assessment systems and the use of assessment data;
- Being a testing center for the administration of the SAT in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
