Mirana Rustamli, an employee of the SEC, briefed the participants about who is a leader, why a leader is needed and gave detailed information about the difference between a manager and a leader, leadership styles, habits that make a leader effective, setting goals, planning, monitoring, evaluation, motivation, time management etc.
To note that the trainings on these and other topics will be continued based on the requests from the state bodies, private sector and citizens.
