On June 14, 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center, Maleyka Abbaszade, held another meeting with the winners of the competition, Shamkhal Jamilzade and Sakina Valiyeva, as part of the Mentoring program of the third "Yukselish" (“Rise”) competition.
Maleyka Abbaszade informed the mentees about the current activities of the State Examination Center, upcoming issues and goals. The chairperson was interested in the activities of the winners on the Personal Development Plan and answered their questions. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to involve the winners in certain projects so that they can familiarize themselves with the activities of the State Examination Center and at the same time gain experience in the examination process.
It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019, in order to identify and support promising executives with high intellectual level and management skills, and to ensure the creation of a personnel reserve bank in the country. On December 25, 2023, an Order was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the holding of the next, 4th "Yukselish" competition.
It should be noted that the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center, Maleyka Abbaszade, is a member of the Organizing Committee of the "Yukselish" competition. In addition, certain evaluation tools used during the competition are developed by the SEC.
