Meetings between the managers and winners of the competition continue within the framework of the mentoring program of the “Yukselish” competition.
On November 17, 2025, the Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, Maleyka Abbaszadeh, held another meeting with Seymur Huseynov, one of the winners of the fourth “Yukselish” competition.
During the meeting, Seymur Huseynov’s personal development plan, implemented projects and future directions of activity were discussed. Maleyka Abbaszadeh noted that in the upcoming stage, additional directions will be considered for his involvement in various projects, expansion of cooperation opportunities and support for his initiatives.
It should be noted that the winner of the fourth “Yukselish” competition, Seymur Huseynov, is undergoing an internship in cooperation with the Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, Maleyka Abbaszadeh, within the framework of the one-year Mentoring program.
The “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from their mentors and a cash prize of 20,000 AZN for self-development.
