On December 26, 2025, Elnur Abbasov, head of “Work with state strategy and human capital development” unit of the State Examination Center, held a training on the topic "Civil servants’ performance appraisal". The training was held for the associates of the State Supervision Service for Water Use and Protection under the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency.
Participants were provided with detailed information on performance appraisal system, assessment criteria and rules, operational areas and tasks, applied activities based on the assessment results, and problems that may arise during the evaluation. In addition, in the training, practical tasks related to determining the degree of importance of tasks and criteria, required knowledge and skills were performed.
