On September 3, 2026, Mirana Rustamli, senior advisor of “Work with state strategy and human capital development” unit of the State Examination Center, held an online training on the topic "Civil servants’ performance appraisal". Employees of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic participated in the training.
Participants were provided with detailed information on performance appraisal system, assessment criteria and rules, operational areas and tasks, applied activities based on the assessment results, and problems that may arise during the evaluation. In addition, in the training, practical tasks related to determining the degree of importance of tasks and criteria, required knowledge and skills were performed.
