On August 7, 2026, Aynura Abdalova and Parvin Balabayova, advisors at the General Competencies Assessment Unit of the State Examination Center (SEC), conducted a theoretical and practical training titled "Effective Communication in a Professional Environment" for employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The training covered topics such as the effective communication process and barriers to communication, active listening, argumentation and persuasion, constructive feedback, and feedforward (future-oriented feedback).
Organized in an interactive format, the session included theoretical insights alongside group discussions, practical assignments, and situational exercises, allowing participants to apply the presented techniques. At the end of the session, participants' questions were answered.
