On July 18, 2025, the IV meeting of the heads of authorized bodies in the field of human resources of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event was hosted by the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government Issues under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This event, which brings together representatives of relevant bodies of the member states, plays the role of an important platform for discussing important initiatives in the field of civil service, leadership and sustainable development.
The event was attended by the Secretary General of the OTS, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Director of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government Issues under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Kudaibergen Bazarbaev, and the heads and representatives of authorized bodies in the field of human resources and management academies of other member states of the organization.
The State Examination Center was represented at the event by Bahram Khalilov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the center. He spoke on the topic "Training in the field of civil service: leadership and sustainable development", and spoke about our country's experience in the field of professional development of civil servants, the application of innovative approaches and the importance of compliance with international standards. In his speech, B. Khalilov also noted priority areas for cooperation and proposed holding online meetings to determine future development prospects.
