On November 14, 2025, the State Examination Center together with the Ministry of Justice held assessment test for the candidates wishing to obtain a certificate to engage in notarial activities.
The test was held in the Electronic Examination Building of the State Examination Center (Address: Baku city, Binagadi district, S.S. Akhundov, 50).
Upon completion of the examination by the candidate or at the end of the time allotted for the examination, the candidates were provided with certificate on the results of the examination. The results were also posted on the SEC website.
284 candidates registered to take the exam. 4 candidates did not appear for the exam. 119 candidates met the competition requirements and were admitted to the second stage - the interview.
