Note 1. In connection with the start of the admission campaign to higher educational institutions, the admission of citizens by the chairman is temporarily suspended from June to August due to the fact that the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ministry of Education and Culture is closed. During this period, appeals related to admission are investigated by other responsible employees of DIM and appeal commissions headed by the chairman of the DIM Board of Directors.

Note 2. Citizens who want to participate in the reception must register by presenting an identity document and stating the purpose of coming to the reception before the day of reception. Family members of martyrs are admitted out of turn.
