Registration for the test will be open until 11:00 on April 1. The exam will be held in Baku and Nakhchivan. 3000 places in Baku and 200 places in Nakhchivan have been reserved for candidates. The information about the test center will be announced 5 days before the exam date.
The test-takers, who want to attend the exam, must create online personal cabinet via dim.gov.az official website. Payment tariffs of the exams can be obtained from the following link. Several payment methods can be applied to top-up the balance (for more information visit the following link www.payment.dim.gov.az). After creating online personal cabinet and upgrading balance, test takers should register online for Civil Service Examination. If a registered candidate doesn’t show-up, he/she will not be paid back.
During the registration process information on candidates’ higher education is checked via “Student Tracking” system. Only those candidates, who have been inserted to that system, will be eligible to register for Civil Service exam. Candidates must present their personal ID and admission ticket to attend the examination. Successful candidate should fill in the application form in the SEC website within 10 business days after results announcement to get his/her certificate. In order to be eligible to attend the enrolment contest, candidate must comply with the general terms of the vacant positions defined by legislation. The candidates, who don’t meet these requirements will not be able to attend enrollment contest.
The certificates will be eligible for 5 years. In order to be eligible to attend the interview, candidate must comply with the general terms of the vacant positions defined by legislation. Candidates not meeting these requirements can’t attend interview stage of the enrollment contest.
