On December 20, 2024, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszadeh held a meeting with the winners of the competition Shamkhal Jamilzadeh and Sakina Valiyeva within the framework of the Mentoring program of the third “Yukselish” competition.
M. Abbaszadeh informed the mentees about the upcoming issues and goals related to the activities of the State Examination Center. The Chairperson was interested in the results of the Individual Development Plans of the winners and answered their questions. Despite the end of the mentoring program, it was decided to involve the winners in certain projects in accordance with the activities of the State Examination Center.
It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed on July 26, 2019, with the aim of identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual level and management skills, and creating a human resource bank in the country.
Maleyka Abbaszadeh, Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, is a member of the Organizing Committee of the “Yukselish” competition. In addition, certain assessment tools used during the competition are developed by the State Examination Center.
