On July 30, 2026, Maleyka Abbaszade, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center (SEC), held another meeting with competition winners Elnur Mammadli and Elnur Mirzazade within the framework of the Mentorship Program of the fifth "Yukselish" competition.
During the meeting, the winners shared their impressions of the examinations they observed as part of the mentorship program. Subsequently, the ideas and proposals put forward by the mentees were discussed.
M. Abbaszade shared her recommendations on developing evaluation processes, professional growth, and leadership skills by involving mentees in new projects.
At the end of the meeting, the tasks for the mentees to work on before the next stage were outlined.
It should be recalled that Maleyka Abbaszade, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the SEC, is a member of the Organizing Committee of the "Yukselish" competition. Furthermore, certain assessment tools used during the competition are developed by the SEC.
