The meeting held at the State Examination Center on June 11, 2024 was attended by Maleyka Abbaszade, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of SEC, rectors and representatives of various higher education institutions, as well as employees of the relevant structural units of SEC.
In the meeting, the work done to support the training of personnel with high financial literacy in the field of accounting and auditing and the professional accountant certificate exams conducted by the State Examination Center were discussed.
Maleyka Abbaszade, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of SDC, noted the importance of contributing to the reforms aimed at economic development in our country, training of personnel with modern economic knowledge, young accountants and specialists in other professional fields.
At the meeting, the importance of adapting university educational programs to PMS exam qualifications, ensuring students' preparation for these exams during the university period, and holding trial exams according to the PMS exam program was emphasized.
At the meeting, it was decided to speed up the adaptation of relevant educational programs, to have the teaching staff of higher education institutions participate in these exams as experts, and to create various working groups for deepening cooperation.
The participants also discussed the possibilities created by the newly launched electronic examination building of the SEC. The importance of using the appropriate technical capabilities of educational institutions for conducting electronic exams and conducting more mass exams in electronic form in the near future was noted.
