On November 18, 2024, important events were held within the framework of COP29 in connection with the thematic Day of Human Development, Children and Youth, Health and Education.
The Chief of Staff of the State Examination Center (SEC), Vafadar Misirov, also participated in the events.
High-level panel discussions were organized within the framework of the event on the topics of “Greening Education and Climate Sustainability” and “Measuring Environmental Literacy within the Framework of International Assessment”.
The aforementioned events were organized in partnership with the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and important discussions were held to increase green education and climate literacy on a global scale.
During the meetings, the participants, including ministers from different countries, representatives of international organizations and experts, discussed cooperation opportunities in the integration of green education into curricula, teacher training and public education.
