On July 11, 2024, Akif Bayramov, senior consultant of the Department of Legal Assurance, Human Resources and Civil Service of the State Examination Centre, Akif Bayramov and leading consultant Röyal Sharifov of the Department of Management of Positions and Reserve Personnel, issued the "Conditions and Rules for Holding Administrative Positions in State Bodies". Training on the use of "Civil Service - Position Management System" and "Civil Service - Reserve Personnel Management System" was also held.
22 people identified by 20 state bodies participated in the training.
Administrative positions for training participants are held on the basis of competition, general and internal interviews, requirements for candidates, determination of service functions for relevant positions, conditions of holding positions, requirements for preparing interview programs, rules for formation of reserve personnel, determination of similar positions, similar vacancies of reserve personnel information was provided on the appointment to positions, as well as the rules for using relevant information systems and other issues related to the relevant field.
At the end of the training, a discussion on the topic was held and the participants' questions were answered.
