On July 29, 2026, the State Examination Center organized a training session on "Gender Equality in the Civil Service" for the employees of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the training, Mirana Rustamli, Senior Advisor at the State Strategy and Human Capital Development Department of the State Examination Center, provided information on gender equality, career and gender stereotypes, key points to consider regarding gender balance during recruitment, managing gender roles, norms, and relationships in the workplace, as well as discrimination in job announcements. Interactive exchanges of ideas were also held with the participants.
