Candidates who successfully passed the exam held on February 5 for positions corresponding to the BB group of administrative positions of type B in the civil service should fill out the application form by visiting the link https://eservices.dim.gov.az/dqq/Xidmet/CertReg from February 6 at 10:00 to February 19 at 18:00 to obtain a certificate.
In order to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate, scanned copies of the following documents are attached to the form:
- A copy of a higher education certificate;
- A copy of the work book (if any);
- Persons whose name and surname have undergone any changes, a copy of a document confirming the relevant situation (marriage certificate, court decision, etc.).
If it is not possible to verify the accuracy of the information entered in the application form and the attached documents using state electronic information means, the candidate must submit copies of the document(s) certified in the prescribed manner or the originals of those documents for identification purposes to the State Examination Centre (299 Ac. H. Aliyev Street) within 5 (five) working days.
