On March 14, 2025, a training on “Achieving Effective Results and Agility” was held for employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan by Sevinj Mammadova, Head of the Psychometric Diagnostics of Talent and Enlightenment unit of the State Examination Center.
During the training, information was provided on effectiveness, agility in achieving effective results, types of agility, and the impact of agility in achieving effective results. The training also covered the test tasks on communication, which is considered one of the key competencies, and videos describing emotional intelligence were presented, making the training more interactive. At the end of the training participants' questions were answered.
