Application submission of bachelors will be processed online. Process has started on January 24 and will continue until February 9, 11:59 p.m.
According to the information as of February 7 at 09:10, 13179 bachelors’ applications were confirmed (Azerbaijani section - 12046; Russian section - 1133).
Those who want to submit their applications must create online personal cabinet via ekabinet.dim.gov.az page and add the required amount, 50 AZN, to submit an application. Several payment methods can be applied to top-up the balance (for more information visit the following link www.payment.dim.gov.az).
The exam will be held on February 19, 2023.
