On March 6-7, 2025, Gunduz Ahmadli, leading advisor of “Work with state strategy and human capital development” unit of the State Examination Center, held project management training. The training was held for the associates of the central executive authorities.
The participants were explained the concept of a project, stakeholders, project management principles, as well as important issues related to the project environment. Detailed discussions were held on the relationship between project management and business analysis, the role of the human factor and team in projects, and important project documents. At the same time, group work and role-playing games were organized by the trainer on the issues raised in the training. At the end of the training, the participants' questions were answered.
