This year, entrance examinations for master's degree programs at higher education institutions were held on February 15, May 17, and June 14.

We present the general statistical indicators for the examinations, along with data comparing selected indicators with those of last year's exams. Please note that this comparison is provisional in nature and is provided to assist bachelors during their specialization selection process.

Exam participants were presented with a total of 95 test items: 50 on logical reasoning, 25 on computer science, and 20 on a foreign language. The writing skills of bachelors in the foreign language section were assessed through an essay. Participants had the opportunity to score up to 95 points on closed-ended and codable open-ended tasks, and up to 5 points on the essay. The maximum achievable score in the exam was 100 points.

In 2026, a total of 27,859 bachelors participated in the examinations. Last year, the corresponding figure was 26,241. The number of participants increased by 1,618 compared to last year.

This year, the average score (mathematical expectation) of exam participants is 45.90. Last year, the corresponding indicator was 48.26.

This year, 26 participants scored 90 points or higher, 244 scored 80 points or higher, and 1,263 scored 70 points or higher. Last year, the respective figures were 32, 381, and 2,019 participants.
