On July 26, 2024, a training on "Management of conflicts" consisting of theoretical and practical parts was held for employees of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the senior advisor of the State Examination Center Gulu Aliyeva and advisor Narmin Khalilova.
During the training, the participants were informed about the concept of conflict, its types, factors causing conflict, behavioral strategies, and constructive response to the emotional behavior of the other party. In order to develop the skills of evaluating conflict situations and determining constructive solutions, the participants worked individually and in groups on cases describing conflict situations.
