On January 15, 2025, an event was held at the State Examination Center (SEC) dedicated to the results of the re-audit conducted by the Netherlands Research Center for Examination and Certification (RCEC) and the presentation of a certificate of compliance regarding the activities of the SEC.
The event was attended by the executives of the SEC, experts and examination directors cooperating with the institution, public representatives, and the director of the RCEC organization, Jan Arnold Brauer.
Opening the event with an introductory speech, the Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, Maleyka Abbaszadeh, noted that the main goal of the re-audit conducted by the RCEC organization was to assess the Quality Management System of the SEC and further increase the effectiveness of the system based on the results of the audit. During the audit, the activities and working principles of the SEC were highly evaluated in terms of compliance with international standards. The Chairperson emphasized in her speech that the results of the audit once again prove that the SEC applies innovative approaches and modern management systems in its activities and operates in accordance with the challenges of the time.
A. Brauer made a speech and said that the successful completion of the re-audit of the SEC Quality Management System is an important achievement. He noted that this audit not only confirms the institution's adherence to high quality standards, but also demonstrates its commitment to fairness, reliability and excellence in the examination process. The institution's commitment to high standards not only contributes to the development of education in Azerbaijan, but also serves as an excellent example for other institutions in the region and the world. At the end of the speech, Mr. Brauer presented the RCEC certificate of compliance, valid for 3 years, to M. Abbaszadeh as a result of the audit process.
It should be noted that the Research Center for Examination and Certification of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which has been operating since 2008, carries out the audit process of the quality management system of examination organizations. The first audit of the activities of the SEC was conducted by RCEC in 2020–2021, and the SEC was also awarded a 3-year certificate of compliance from RCEC in 2021.
