On November 14, 2025, the assessment test for the candidates wishing to obtain a certificate to engage in notarial activities will be held in the Electronic Examination Building of the State Examination Center (Address: Baku city, Binagadi district, S.S. Akhundov, 50).
Candidates can print their "Admission Tickets" now.
It should be noted that the candidate must bring the original of their ID.
If any of the specified documents are missing or if there is a discrepancy between the documents, the candidate will not be allowed to take the exam.
