On November 20, 2023, the State Examination Center (SEC) held a training session on "Career planning" for the employees of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The training was conducted by the employee of the SEC Gunduz Ahmadli.
During the training, the participants gained theoretical and practical knowledge on the concept of career planning, organizational culture, the application of international experience in preparing a career development plan.
