On September 13, 2023, the State Examination Center (SEC) administered TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language).
Exam results will be sent to the candidates via email after 15 working days.
It should be noted that currently the SEC is the only official and operating TORFL Test Center in Azerbaijan.
