On September 13, 2023, in the administrative building of the State Examination Center, located in Baku, in connection with the implementation of the "Socio-economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022-2026", approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 3378 dated July 22, 2022 training on "Organizational culture and effective organization of work with citizens" was held for 22 representatives of local executive authorities who work directly with citizens.
During the training, the participants acquired theoretical and practical knowledge on the basics of organizational culture, the impact of organizational culture on the quality of service to citizens, and the main features of working with citizens.
