On June 3, 2023 the State Examination Center (SEC) will conduct undergraduate admission examination on the IV group of majors and on June 4 undergraduate admission examination on the I group of majors will be held. On June 3, exam on the subject of informatics will also be held for entrants who choose both RK and RI subgroups of the III major group.
The examinations will be administered at 180 test centers in 18 cities and regions, including Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Aghstafa, Sumgait, Mingachevir, Shaki, Barda, Goychay, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Gazakh, Jalilabad and Khachmaz. 180 test supervisors and 4054 hall proctors and 1271 other contributors will administer the exam. SEC and Special State Protection Service will seal the test centers together and hand them over to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for protection. It is expected that 43547 entrants will attend the examinations (June 3 – 14683, June 4 – 28864).
The exams will start at 11:00 in all test centers. Nobody will be allowed into the building 15 minutes before the start of the exam. Test takers must arrive at the test center before 10:45 to pass the admission gate.
Test takers should bring the following documents on the test day:
1) Admission Ticket
2) ID (Original only)
Important notes:
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan must present their ID (original only);
b) foreigners are required to present their passport or temporary residence permit document; stateless persons must present their ID card or temporary residence permit document; foreigners with refugee status or their family members must present their refugee card as an identification document for admissions to a test site.
- pupils, who don’t have photo on their ID, are required to present reference given by the institutions with a photo (the reference must be included 3x4 sized photo of the pupil and must be stamped) and identification document attached to other required documents.
All test takers are able to print their Admission Tickets online starting from May 23.
47 test takers with physical disabilities (visually impaired, hearing impaired, etc.) will also take part in the exam and necessary standards will be implemented. There will be special exam halls in the test centers. Individual supervisors are appointed for visually impaired test takers to assist them in reading the assignments and filling in the answer sheets. Special test booklets are developed for students with hearing impairments, considering their hearing impairments. Special conditions are applied for students with disabilities to enter the building and move freely.
56 media representatives have already been registered at the SEC to observe the exams.
