In connection with the implementation of the "2022-2026 socio-economic development strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on January 23-26, 2026 trainer Tural İsgandarov organized training on "Development of communication skills" for civil servants serving in central executive bodies.
During the training, participants acquired theoretical and practical knowledge on the importance of communication skills, the Shannon-Weaver model, types of communication, persuasive communication, audience analysis, methods of influencing people's behavior, receiving information during communication, directional communication in meetings, etc.
At the end of the training, discussions were held on the topic and the questions of the training participants were answered.
