Governing bodies

The governing bodies of the center are the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board of the Center carries out general management and control of the Center.

The Board consists of 5 (five) members appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the chairperson of the board and other members.

The Board operates on a public (free) basis.

The following composition of the Supervisory Board was approved by the Order No. 228 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated July 23, 2024:

Farah Aliyeva - Head of the Department of Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religious Issues 

Member of the Supervisory Board: 

Elnur Aliyev - First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Idris Isayev - Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Azer Bayramov - Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Anar Karimov - Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Management board

The current management of the center's activities is carried out by the Management Board consisting of 3 (three) members - the chairperson and 2 (two) deputies, all appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Maleyka Abbaszade Mehdi was appointed the Chairperson of the Management Board of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order No. 229 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated July 23, 2024.

Bahram Khalilov Bahman was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order No. 230 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated July 23, 2024.

Namiq Babayev Asker was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order No. 231 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated July 23, 2024.
