From September 30 to October 4, 2024, a training called "Coaching Training: Training and Presentation of Trainers" was held by the Regional Fund for Public Administration Reforms within the framework of the Eastern Partnership program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
Parviz Kazimov, Head of the Competencies and Professional Potential Assessment Department of the State Examination Center, and Elnur Abbasov, Head of the Department of Work and Human Capital Development of the State Examination Center, participated in the training.
The training included a series of online and face-to-face events consisting of several modules. The purpose of the training is to introduce coaching as an effective personal development tool in public institutions of Eastern Partnership countries, to promote networking among trainers in the region, and to support participants in obtaining a coaching certificate.
