On February 2-3, 2026, the next seminar on the second phase of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) project was organized for the employees of the State Examination Center at the initiative of GIZ, SIGMA and the European CAF Resource Center. The seminar, held in a hybrid format, was conducted by experienced international experts in this field - Tihana Puzic and Nick Thijs.
The main goal of the seminar was to jointly analyze the results of individual assessment questionnaires anonymously filled out by members of the self-assessment group established within the project, to form a common position on the assessments obtained and to achieve consensus.
During the seminar, the participants discussed the criteria of the CAF model, identified the strengths and development opportunities of the organization, and also agreed on directions for future stages. Interactive discussions and approaches based on international experience further increase the efficiency of the process.
It should be noted that the CAF model is widely applied in European countries to promote efficient, transparent and quality-based management in public institutions. The initial stage of the project, a 2-day intensive seminar, was held in person at the State Examination Center on December 10-11, 2025. The next meetings planned within the project are planned to continue in the coming months.
