A test exam is being conducted for recruitment to administrative executive positions in the civil service.
On August 2, the State Examination Center is holding a test exam in Baku and Nakhchivan for position groups belonging to Type B civil service positions.
The exam is being administered via computers in two shifts, starting at 10:00 and 16:00, with a duration of 3 hours. Candidates are able to view their results immediately upon completing the exam or when the allotted time expires. The results will also be uploaded to the SEC website.
It should be noted that candidates who successfully pass the test exam will be awarded certificates corresponding to the positions included in the respective subgroups. The certificate is valid for 5 years.
To obtain the certificate, successful candidates must fill out the application form on the SEC portal between August 3 and August 14. To verify the accuracy of the provided information, scanned copies of the following documents must be attached to the form:
- Copy of the higher education diploma
- Copy of the employment record book (if applicable)
In cases where the accuracy of the information and attached documents cannot be verified through state electronic information systems, the candidate must submit certified copies of the document(s) or the originals for identification purposes to the SEC within 5 (five) working days.
The Appeals Commission regarding the exam results will operate from August 3 to August 5, between 14:00 and 17:00, at the main administrative building of the State Examination Center. Address: 299 Hasan Aliyev Street, Nasimi district, Baku.
